Terms & Conditions

Angy’s Cleaning Services has established the following policies and protocols to ensure good service and protect the interests of both our clients and our company.

Angy’s Cleaning Services is not responsible for the omission or failure to fully or partially read the Terms and Conditions. The use and enjoyment of the content and services on our site imply that you are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the operating rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Service Agreement
By scheduling a cleaning service with Angy's Cleaning Services ("Company"), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

 

1.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

 

2. Services Offered

2.1 Scope of Services
Angy's Cleaning Services offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning and commercial cleaning. Specific services will be detailed at the time of booking.

2.2 Service Limitations
Certain services may not be available in all areas. Some tasks, such as high-demand cleaning or specialized services, may require additional fees or special conditions. Please consult with our team before booking for any clarification.

2.3 Service Duration
The estimated duration of each service is based on the size of your property and the type of cleaning requested. Times are approximate and may vary depending on the condition of the property.

3. Services that we don’t provide

3.1 We do not move objects weighing more than 25 lbs, and we don’t clean objects or areas over 6 feet in height.

3.2 We do not clean the exteriors of homes.

3.3 We do not clean excrement or vomit.

3.4 We do not wash dishes.

3.5 We do not provide laundry services (subject to evaluation).

3.6 We do not do carpet cleanings 

3.7 We do not clean pools.

3.8 We do not perform gardening tasks.

4. Budget Assessment

4.1 How We Assess the Budget

 The cost of Angy's Cleaning Services depends on the condition and size of the property, and we reserve the right to adjust the cleaning service fee if necessary. Our goal is to provide you with the fairest estimate possible, which is why we offer a free home visit to inspect and assess the property.

4.2 Timeframes for Receiving an Estimate and Providing a Response 

Our estimated time to send you the budget is 3 hours, and you will have 10 hours to confirm the cleaning service. If we do not receive a confirmation within this period and you later decide to hire our services, the initial assessment's validity will depend on the time elapsed. If significant time has passed since the initial assessment, the cleaning state of the house may have changed, which means that the budget may vary depends on the new conditions of the property.

5. The Client’s Responsability

5.1 Access to Property
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon time of service. If our team cannot access your property for any reason (e.g., locked doors, restricted areas), additional charges may apply, or the service may be rescheduled.

5.2 Personal Belongings
Angy's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any personal items left in or around the area being cleaned. Clients should ensure valuables or fragile items are properly secured.

5.3 Pets
If pets are present during the cleaning, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the pets are secured and will not interfere with the cleaning process. The safety of both pets and staff is important.

5.4 Toys
If there are toys in the house, make sure to store them and put them in their place.

5.5 Children

Supervise minors.

5.6 Walkthrough Before/After Cleaning Service

If you are not present at the property when we arrive to perform the cleaning service, it is your responsibility to do a walkthrough of your home beforehand to ensure everything is in order. After the cleaning service is completed, or once you return home, please do another walkthrough to verify that everything is in order.

5.7 Verify Satisfaction with the Service

If the client or a responsible person is not present during the cleaning service to conduct an initial and post-service walkthrough, it is the client's responsibility to verify their satisfaction with the cleaning performed at the location. If there is any area where the client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they must contact us within 24 hours to find a solution.

Since no one will be present for the final walkthrough, photos will be taken solely to support our work. These photos are private to the clients and will not be used for any other purpose or published.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Illegal Activities
Angy's Cleaning Services will not be involved in any illegal activities during the course of cleaning. Clients are expected to ensure their property is free from substances or materials that could harm our staff or violate laws.

6.2 Hazardous Materials
Clients must inform us of any hazardous substances or materials in the home, including toxic chemicals, asbestos, or biohazard materials. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning such areas or substances for safety reasons.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Privacy Policy
Angy's Cleaning Services is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of booking, managing, and communicating about services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7.2 Data Security
We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information. However, no method of electronic communication is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Service cancelation on our end

8.1 We reserve the right to provide cleaning services to anyone we choose.

8.2 We may refuse to provide cleaning services or discontinue the service at any time or when:

8.2.1 Safety: We determine that, in any way, the safety and well-being of our cleaners or ourselves is at risk.

8.2.2 Condition of the home or office: If the location where the cleaning service is to be performed is too dirty or disorganized (after evaluation) to begin the service.

8.2.3 We may also refuse to clean certain areas of your home (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, etc.) where the construction materials or furniture are in an advanced state of deterioration or are very old.

9. Property Damages

9.1 If any damage or breakage occurs to an object or appliance in your home during our cleaning service, it will be replaced with an identical or similar item, or the actual value (in local currency) will be paid.

9.2 To make the damage repair effective, proof (photos, videos) will be required, and you will have a period of 24 hours after the service to inform us. After this period, Angy’s Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any damage.

10. What to expect at the moment of the cleaning service


10.1 Once the cleaners from Angy’s Cleaning Services arrive at the location, an initial and post-service walkthrough will be requested.
10.2 If, during the final walkthrough, you are not satisfied with the cleaning of a specific area, feel free to inform the cleaner(s) so that it can be addressed immediately.

11. Booking and Payments 

11.1 Payments 

The cleaning service charge from Angy’s Cleaning Services will be processed digitally, using a debit or credit card. Cash, Venmo, Zelle or other forms of payment upon request. Checks will not be accepted.

11.2 Booking

The reservation is made directly on our website. When booking the cleaning service, a 10% advance payment of the total amount will be charged, and the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours after the service.

11.3 Late Payments

If payment is not made within this period, we will process the payment with an additional charge of $20 as a penalty for non-payment.

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling

It is understood that the booking/request for services from Angy’s Cleaning Services establishes a work schedule, preventing two cleaning services from being scheduled on the same day and at the same time.

For this reason, it is a priority for Angy’s Cleaning Services that the professionals are not affected by changes in the clients’ work schedules, as this directly impacts the professionals' income and work schedule.

12.1 No additional charge, with more than 2 days or 48 hours' notice (from the scheduled service start time):
Cancellation: The service is canceled, and a refund of the 10% paid at the time of booking will be issued. The time it takes for the money to return to your account will depend on the timeframe set by your bank.

Rescheduling: This will proceed at the client’s request, subject to the availability of the same professional and the schedules and dates available at Angy’s Cleaning Services. The 10% charge made at the time of the initial cleaning service reservation will be retained.

12.2 Between 47 and 24 hours' notice (from the scheduled service start time):
Cancellation: A total charge of $50 will be applied. If the 10% payment made at the time of the initial reservation exceeds $50, the difference will be refunded. If it is less than $50, the remaining difference will be charged.

Rescheduling: This will proceed at the client’s request, subject to the availability of the same professional and the schedules and dates at Angy’s Cleaning Services. This operation will incur an additional charge of $30 on top of the total service estimate. As with the previous point, this charge is to protect the professional’s income, as their work schedule is being affected.

 

12.3 Less than 24 hours' notice (from the scheduled service start time):
Cancellation: A total charge of $60 will be applied. If the 10% payment made at the time of the initial reservation exceeds $60, the difference will be refunded. If it is less than $60, the remaining difference will be charged.

Rescheduling: This will proceed at the client’s request, subject to the availability of the same professional and the schedules and dates at Angy’s Cleaning Services. This operation will incur an additional charge of $40 on top of the total service estimate. As with the previous point, this charge is to protect the professional’s income, as their work schedule is being affected.

13.  Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or disruptions in business operations.

 

By booking a service with Angy's Cleaning Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
